The Story

The Lord of the Rings is one of the pillars of the fantasy genre influencing innumerable media. We used the second book of this adventure as inspiration for our watercolour design. Foreboding, expansive, but full of a hope which guards against the coming danger.

Isengard beckons as Orthnac towers over the skyline. While in the distance, Mordor beckons and casts its shadow on the increasingly hostile horizon.
