Guidance

  • Aside from the Starter Pack, the minimum order value is £100.
  • We offer a ‘Starter Pack’ - a one-time use offer at £75. This offer is for new wholesale customers to easily buy our best-selling prints at a reduced cost, to assess how our products fit into your store.
  • Preferred payment is Credit & Debit card and PayPal. Payment must be received before an order is fulfilled.
  • Beyond the Shelf aims to dispatch wholesale orders within 2-7 working days, depending on the type of products and the quantity ordered.
  • Orders are shipped with tracking numbers. Following courier guidance, UK orders should be delivered within 2 working days of dispatch, and international orders delivered within 7 working days of dispatch.
  • We can only accept returns if an order arrives damaged through delivery, and may ask for photographs of the impact. Contact Beyond the Shelf within 7 days of delivery to request a return and we will refund the wholesale cost of affected items.
  • Cancellations cannot be made once payment of the order has been made.
  • Beyond the Shelf does not currently permit our products to be sold online, or resold on online marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay.
