Wholesale Delivery Information
If you choose to partner with us then you have our utmost gratitude! We will work with you to see our products flourish in your store and are happy to further discuss our products or any aspect of our policies with you.

Turnaround time
We take between 2 - 7 days to despatch your order we receive it. The amount of time it takes depends on the volume and urgency of the order however we aim to despatch as quickly as we can.
Once ready, your order will be despatched using Royal Mail’s tracked delivery service:
- Our minimum order value is £100 with the exception of those purchasing our starter pack bundles
- Delivery is free for orders over £150.
- Delivery will take around 1 - 2 working days from the dispatch date.
- You will receive an email with your tracking information once it is available
Different international orders have different shipping times and costs, this is detailed below. International orders are sent via a tracked service.

- Delivery will take around 3 - 5 working days from the dispatch date,
- Delivery will take around 6 - 7 working days from the dispatch date.
Customs Charges and Fees
Customers are responsible for any local charges, customs taxes, and duties that may be charged. Payment of any fees would need to be paid by the recipient to receive their goods and we cannot be held responsible for any local charges once the package has been shipped. Please note that customers in Europe may now also pay additional local charges to receive goods following the UK’s exit from the EU. Please check with your local customs authorities if you are unsure.
Delivery will be to the address(es) you have specified in your order. If any of these details are incorrect, we cannot be liable for any items that have not been received. We are also not liable for orders returned to sender due to failure to pick up an item from your local depot if you were not available to accept the delivery.
Sometimes, deliveries are late due to factors outside of our control however it is very rare for items to not reach their destination. If there are significant delays we will work with you to track your order but we respectfully request you allow 20 working days from the estimated delivery date before requesting a refund or replacement as items usually reach their destination within this time period. With a tracked service we hope this level of delay never occurs.
ReturnsDue to the volume of wholesale items being produced to order we only offer refunds and returns if products arrive damaged or you receive incorrect items.
