Wholesale Refunds and Returns

Due to the higher volume nature of wholesale selling we do not offer refund and return options for customers who change their mind.

To be eligible for a return, your item must arrive damaged or be contain incorrect items.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery if items are defective, or damaged or are incorrect so we can work with you to evaluate and resolve the issue

Delays to orders

Whilst tracking does give us visibility of your order, once we have posted it we have no control over its progress in the postal system.

Our shop policy mirrors Royal Mail's in that if your order does not arrive within 20 working days following the estimated delivery window, we are happy to provide a replacement or offer a full refund. We respectfully ask you to wait 20 working days after the estimated delivery date before making a request to refund or replace as we have found deliveries usually arrive comfortably within this window. However, we expect this level of delay to rarely, if ever, occur.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants) or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
