Our The Story of Miss Moppet Title Page art print inspired by Beatrix Potter celebrates a very literal game of cat and mouse, and the trouble curiosity can bring.
Part of our Title Page collection, this literary print pairs words and imagery to express what the story means to us. It is our interpretation of the work, rather than a reproduction of a published book cover.
The Story Behind the Design
"The mouse comes a little nearer."
A tale about playing cat and mouse, which can be taken quite literally. This classic children's literature explores teasing and the consequences that follow in the simplest way.
Our art print features a Beatrix Potter quote and illustration depicting the start of it all - the temptation of curiosity as the mouse edges closer.
A Place for This Print
A thoughtful literary gift for a reader of The Story of Miss Moppet, or a personal addition to a study, reading corner or collection of favourite stories.
Our 3-for-2 offer across prints is automatically applied at checkout.
