The Story
Our postage stamp souvenir pin from The Lord of the Rings’ The Shire aims to encapsulate what the Shire represents in the trilogy - a sense of belonging, home and comfort, much like the feeling we get when we return to Tolkien’s world.
The pin showcases the hills of the idyllic Shire with a hint of the Misty Mountains in the backdrop, and centres around the famous green door where Frodo’s momentous journey begins. The postage stamp framing for this pin of course had to be in a gold toned metal to mimic the precious Ring.
