The Story

"Don't you know that everybody's got a fairyland of their own?"

Using an umbrella, Marry Poppins is blown in through an Easterly wind to Seventeen Cherry Tree Lane and promises to stay until the wind changes in this classic children's literature. The stern Nanny imbued with a touch of magic first appeared as a series of books and was famously adapted into the 1967 Disney film - notwithstanding the incredible Dick Van Dyke cockney-accented chimney-sweeper sequences. The books are a series of prim and proper, magical adventures.
