The Tea Experience

Appearance  Dark tea leaves mixed with orange peel, fruit and fragrant spices.

Flavour  Bright mulled orange and dark fruit over rich black tea, followed by warming cinnamon and clove.

Serving Best without milk to appreciate the fruit and spice but milk can be added if you prefer. Remove the leaves promptly after brewing to avoid an over strong tea.

The Storyport merchants arrived at the Ghost of Christmas Present's feast intending to make a modest purchase. Modesty, it turned out, was the only thing short supply.

There were mountains of oranges, dishes piled with winter fruits, the scent of spice in the air and enough food to feed half of London. The merchants found themselves swept into the festivities before they could negotiate a price.

They departed with a chest of splendidly spiced tea, their pockets considerably lighter and their spirits much improved.
