Why Your Reviews are Important for Our Small Business

Everyone likes a compliment. But as small business owners, we bloody love them.

That’s why we want to start this post off with a massive THANK YOU to all our customers who have left a lovely review after welcoming a Beyond the Shelf print into their home.

Having only set up our Esty store in January this year, we are thrilled that our shop has an outstanding 5-star rating! With the competition of the online marketplace, it’s not a surprise that positive reviews can support a consumer's purchasing decisions. And while we are keen that our reviews encourage people to take that step of moving a product from their online basket into their homes - they can mean even more to us as a small business!

Whenever Beyond the Shelf receives a review, there are two very real people scrambling to read it as quickly as possible. We love that our products and service have left people inspired to let us know they are happy with their order. Not only does it give us feedback for future but it motivates us to do bigger and better!
