Turnaround time

We are always so pleased to receive and send out orders. If you choose to purchase from us then you have our utmost gratitude! As such, we take time to get our orders right. This sometimes means we may take up to 3 days to despatch your item once it has been ordered. However we aim to despatch items the next working day after your order is placed. 

UK shipping

Once ready, your order will be despatched using Royal Mail’s first class service:

  • Delivery is Free for orders over £25.
  • A charge of £2.50 is made for orders under £25.
  • Delivery will take around 1 - 2 working days from the dispatch date.
  • Tracked delivery using Royal Mail's tracked 24 is also available for £4.
International Shipping

Different international orders have different shipping times and costs, this is detailed below. International orders are sent either by Royal Mail or by EVRI depending on the item's size:

  • Smaller items, such as our unframed prints size A6 - A4 are sent via Royal Mail.
  • Larger items, such as our framed prints, A3 sizes, or apparel are sent via EVRI. These items are tracked and we will provide you with a tracking number once we receive it from the delivery carrier.
EU countries
  • Orders from EU countries have a delivery cost from £2.50 - £5 depending on the size of the item.
  • Delivery is free for all orders over £60 or your local currency equivalent.
  • Delivery will take around 3 - 5 working days from the dispatch date,
The rest of the world including the USA, Canada and Australasia
  • Orders from the rest of the world have a delivery cost of £2.50 - £6 depending on the size of the item.
  • Delivery is free for all orders over £60 or your local currency equivalent.
  • Delivery will take around 6 - 7 working days from the dispatch date. 

 Customs Charges and Fees

Customers are responsible for any local charges, customs taxes, and duties that may be charged. Payment of any fees would need to be paid by the recipient to receive their goods and we cannot be held responsible for any local charges once the package has been shipped. Please note that customers in Europe may now also pay additional local charges to receive goods following the UK’s exit from the EU. Please check with your local customs authorities if you are unsure.

Delivery delays

Delivery will be to the address(es) you have specified in your order. If any of these details are incorrect, we cannot be liable for any items that have not been received. We are also not liable for orders returned to sender due to failure to pick up an item from your local depot if you were not available to accept the delivery.

Sometimes, deliveries are late due to factors outside of our control however it is very rare for items to not reach their destination. We respectfully request you allow 20 working days from the estimated delivery date before requesting a refund or replacement as items usually reach their destination within this time period. 

Returns

We hope you enjoy your order as much as we enjoy putting them together! But we understand that sometimes you may need to send items back. Items can be refunded within 30 days of their receipt.
